Live the Questions is an opportunity for dedicated practice, personalized guidance, and shared exploration in a small group of like-minded individuals committed to transformation and showing up for what matters most.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Groups will have a maximum of 4-6 participants, meeting for an hour twice\/month, for 3 months, guided by Ryan Oelke.<\/p>\n

\u00abHave patience with everything unresolved in your heart. Don’t search for the answers. Live the questions now. Perhaps you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way into the answer.\u00bb Rilke<\/em><\/p>\n

In this coaching group you’ll be supported in identifying and living the question that is most palpably permeating your life right now, and translating your discovery into tangible action.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Living your question compels you unavoidably into the transformation of who you are, your relationships, your work, and how you show up in all contexts. The goal here is transformation that is seen and felt in your life.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In living your question, you are brought immediately and spontaneously into direction, purpose, and appropriate practices.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The result of living your question in this way is that you show up more deeply for everything that is most important to you and in life<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We will take an integrally informed<\/strong> approach that includes the inner and out realities of your life<\/strong>, as well as the Four Ups: Waking Up, Cleaning Up, Growing Up, and Showing up.<\/p>\n

Group Meeting Format<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In each of our sessions together we’ll have four main areas of focus:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Check-in Round.<\/strong> Everyone will have the opportunity to briefly share how they’re doing in the moment, what they’ve been exploring since the last meeting, and what’s at the forefront of their journey.\u00a0<\/li>\n
  2. Short Responsive Group Practice.<\/strong> We will do a short group practice to help ground or catalyze our shared exploration, which will be responsive to what’s currently arising in the group.\u00a0<\/li>\n
  3. Hands-on, Open Exploration Using Transformative Tools and Frameworks<\/strong>. We will use integral tools and models that will support you inside and outside of the group.<\/li>\n
  4. Dynamic open space for sharing and q\/a around the challenges and opportunities in living our questions, practice, and life.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
